Keyser, WV- Dakota Miller got the Potomac State offense started on Sunday afternoon with a second inning grand slam to propel the Catamounts past Ceil College 19-2 in the opening game at Golden Park.

In all, Miller drove in seven runs, as he added a two-run single and a sacrifice fly.

Cam Cole went 3-3 with a pair of two-run doubles and a single to drive in four, as PSC nagged out 15 hits in the opener.

Kris Sutton, Jimmy Sadler and Nik Rubendall each added two hits for Potomac State.

Jake Arnold was the beneficiary of the offensive explosion as the sophomore picked up the win to improve to 3-1.  Arnold struck out seven and walked just one in the five-inning complete game effort.

In the nightcap, Potomac State rallied for a three-run sixth inning to break a 2-all tie for a 5-2 win.

Ben McDougal picked up the win with 1 2/3 innings of scoreless baseball.  He relived Diego Barrett, who after surrendering a first-inning home run to Sael Flat, settled in to strike out seven and not allow another run.

Trailing 2-0, Potomac State tied the score in the third when Zach Brennan led off the inning with a double to leftfield.  Koice Quintanilla then singled to score Brennan.  After a single from Sammy Bradfield and a walk to Cole, Chance Satcho hustled out an infield hit to tie the game.

Potomac State took the lead in the sixth using three hit-by-pitches and two walks to score three runs.

Potomac State improves to 13-5, having won six in a row. They will next travel to Cumberland, MD on Wednesday to face Allegany College of Maryland.
