Martha Ganoe enters her 13th year as head coach of the Potomac State College volleyball team. Her overall record while coaching the Catamounts is 248-88.  During her time at Potomac State, she has built the Catamounts into a very strong program and has established them as one of the premier teams in NJCAA Region XX.  Ganoe has been named the District H Coach of the year on two seperate occasions, 2016 and 2017. Ganoe has also been a five-time recipient of the WPCC Coach of the year.  During her tenure at PSC the Catamounts have won two Region XX Championships (2016, 2017), been Region XX Runners-up two times (2011, 2015) and have finished in the final four on 11 occasions. 

Coach Ganoe is a 2012 inductee in the Fairmont State University Athletic Hall of Fame.  As a player, Ganoe assisted in leading the Falcons to a 116-71 record. In her senior year, Ganoe was a pivotal part in the Falcons successful undefeated conference record of 18-0. She helped to lead the Falcons to two WVIAC conference championships and 3 WVIAC Tournament Championships. During her junior and senior years at FSC Ganoe was named to the WVIAC all Conference teams as well as receiving All East honors. During her senior year, Ganoe was also named the MVP of the WVIAC Tournament. She is currently one of Fairmont State University's all time defensive leaders with a career 1,806 digs.

Prior to coaching at Potomc State Ganoe was the head coach at her high school Alma Mater, Frankfort High School in Ridgeley, WV from 1999-2007. During her tenure at Frankfort her teams compiled a record of 191-86. She received honors as the Potomac Valley Conference Coach of the Year and was also named the 2007 AMAC Coach of the Year. Ganoe led the Falcons to nine straight West Virginia state tournament appearances and finished in the top four on three different occasions. Her teams captured 10 consecutive sectional championships and won several regional championships.
