The WVU Potomac State College Catamounts fell to Chesapeake College, 82-67, in a hard-fought matchup against a Region 20 opponent. Despite a strong offensive effort, the Catamounts couldn't keep pace with the high-scoring Skipjacks.
First Half
The Catamounts struggled to find their rhythm early, trailing 20-13 at the end of the first quarter. The second quarter saw both teams put up 18 points each, with WVU Potomac State's Amber Bing leading the way with 15 points and 10 assists on the day.
Second Half
After halftime, both squads matched each other with 20 points apiece in the third quarter, keeping the game within reach for the Catamounts. However, Chesapeake pulled away in the fourth, outscoring WVU Potomac State 24-16.

Chesapeake dominated the boards with 47 rebounds compared to WVU Potomac State's 34, proving critical in their victory.
The Catamounts, now 5-3 (2-1 in conference play), will look to bounce back in their next matchup at Penn State Fayette on Monday, December 9th.
