The Catamounts Women's Basketball team opened their 2023-2024 season with a home loss to NJCAA ranked Harcum College.  Both teams struggled to net points in the first quarter, with Harcum leading only 9-5 after the first 12 minutes.  At halftime they led 38-17 and despite the strong effort by the Catamounts they were unable to slow the heavy scoring Harcum Bears.  The game ended with Harcum winning 95-49. 

For the Catamounts sophomores Talynn Mcdonald and Chelcie Forrester both added 10 points for their team.  Mcdonald also led in rebounds with either total, seven being defensive.  

Up next the Catamounts take on CCBC Beaver on November 11th at the CCBC Tip Off Classic.
