Alexis Yanosky had a game-high 18 points in Potomac State's 77-58 loss to the visiting Garrett College Lakers at Lough Gym, Monday evening.

Kelly Ours provided 17 points and 7 boards for the Catamounts. Chelcie Forrester added 9 points and grabbed 9 boards.

After a slow start from both teams, the Lakers took the lead into the half, leading 31 -21. Garrett came out firing in the third and fourth quarter out rebounding the Catamounts and capitalizing on turnovers. With a little over a minute to play, the Lakers would take their largest lead of the night, 19 points. 

Potomac State could not seem to get anything going and even when they did make shots, Garrett was also able to make theirs. 

Josie Canales lead the Lakers with a team-high 15 points and snatched 10 rebounds. Josias Mickens provided 13 points and 5 boards.

The Catamounts will return to action February, 11 when they take on College of Southern Maryland at home. Game time is slated for 1:00 pm.
