O’Neal powers Potomac State past Beaver County

Kelsey O'Neal saved her best game of the season for the first game of the spring semester as she led Potomac State past the Community College of Beaver County 72-52 Saturday afternoon at the Lough Gym.

O'Neal, a Cresaptown, MD native, had a season-high 20 points, along with fourteen rebounds. 

Other double-figure scorers for the Catamounts were Alexis Yanosky, who added nineteen as well as Maddie Martin who poured in ten points.

The win snapped a two-game losing streak for the Catamounts.

PSC outrebounded the Titans 48-36 and shot an impressive 40.6%

The second quarter proved to be the difference in the game as Potomac State outscored Beaver County 23-9.

PSC, 11-3 will be home again on Wednesday January 19th at 5PM.
