Richard Law had a game-high points and 7 rebounds, in a 93-82 loss to visiting Northern Virginia Community College Wednesday evening at Lough Gym.

Potomac State came out firing taking a 9-0 lead on three, three-pointers, forcing the NightHawks to take an early timeout. NOVA came out of the timeout and quickly got back on track and cutting the Catamounts lead. Despite the Catamounts being able to get good looks on shots, nothing seemed to be falling for them in the first half and NOVA  would take a 34-27 lead into the break.

The Nighthawks came out firing in the second half while the Catamounts couldn't seem to get anything going on either end. Shots would soon start falling for Potomac State, but the comback would fall short.

K'Marion Dowe scored 18 points, grabbed 5 boards and had 8 assists in the Catamounts loss. Gavin Barkley added 14 points and 4 assists.

Lorenzo Snyder, Terrell Neal and Rahim Woni all led the way for the Nighthwaks with 20 points.
