With Shyann On The Mound, Potomac State College Shuts Out Frederick Community College

Shyann Farris had all the right stuff on Monday for Potomac State College, allowing zero runs and besting Frederick Community College by a score of 6-0

Potomac State College secured the victory thanks to five runs in the sixth inning. The offensive firepower by Potomac State College was led by Camryn Blacka and Farris, who each had RBIs in the inning.

A double by Lindsey Thomas in the seventh inning was a positive for Frederick Community College.

Farris earned the win for Potomac State College. She allowed one hit and zero runs over seven innings, striking out one.

Kaitlyn Naill took the loss for Frederick Community College. She lasted five innings, allowing seven hits and six runs while striking out two and walking one.
