Potomac State Baseball powers past St. Clair County 14-3

Keyser, WV- Trevor Thomas drove in four runs, with a three-run home run and a double to lead the Potomac State Catamounts past St. Clair County Community College on Sunday afternoon at sunny Golden Park.

The Catamounts had just seven hits but made them count and also took advantage of eight errors by the Skippers.

Devon Neal drove in a pair of runs for PSC, who also picked up RBI's from Hayden Almond, Graham Brown, Josh Hoffman, Dale Houser and Preston Taylor.

Colton Matthews picked up second win in his first career start.  The freshman went five innings, striking out six.  Avery Heiple worked the final two innings of shutout baseball.

Jacob Martin had two hit and two RBI's for SC4.

Potomac State, (4-6) will be back in action of Wednesday when they travel to Glenville, WV for a doubleheader with Glenville State University.
