
NJCAA Region 20 announced November Players of the Month, recognizing five student-athletes from four member institutions. Camren Wilkes was named co-player of the month for NJCAA Division II Men's Basketball, along with a student-athlete from Cecil College.
Wilkes, a sophomore guard from Hedgesville High School in West Virginia, has averaged 26.5 points per game for the Catamounts in November, shooting 47.6% from the floor and 39.4% from three-point range. He scored 40 points against national-ranked SUNY Niagara, 37 against Westchester, and 32 against Penn State Altoona, while adding three other 20+ point performances. Wilkes averaged 6.1 rebounds, 4.1 assists, and 2.5 steals per game, and shot a hot 80.7% from the free throw line (46-57).
Nationally in NJCAA Division II Men's Basketball, Wilkes is ranked top 20 in the following categories as of December 4th:
- 5th - Points per game (25.7)
- 7th - Points (231)
- 11th - FT (52-67)
- 15th - 3PT (20-74)
