Sisler Named Head Women's Soccer Coach

WVU Potomac State has named Tyler Sisler Head Women's Soccer Coach ahead of the 2023-24 season.

2023 marks Sisler's first season as head coach for the Catamounts.

"I would like to thank WVU Potomac State College and the athletic department for this incredible opportunity to lead the women's soccer program", said Sisler. "I'm very excited represent this college and an athletic department. I am very impressed with all the success of Potomac State and so many of its sports programs, and I look forward to working hard to ensure the women's soccer program is adding to these successes."I am excited to start building relationships on and off the field with the current student-athletes and recruit future Catamounts who will succeed both in the classroom and on the field."

Prior to Potomac State, Sisler spent 2 season as assistant coach for the University of Pittsburgh-Johnstown Men's soccer program. Sisler also gained coaching experience at the club level with Allegany Soccer Alliance, coaching U-16 boys, U-18 boys, and U-18 girls.

Prior to coaching, Sisler attended Potomac State (WV) College where he played two seasons before transferring to Waynesburg University. While playing for the Yellow Jacket, Sisler was a two-year starter who earned 2017 Second-Team All-President's Athletic Conference (PAC) and 2018 First-Team All-PAC honors.
 
Sisler earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration in Sports Management in 2021.
