Harbert homers lead Potomac State to home sweep

Keyser, WV- Chris Harbert's big day at the plate led Potomac State to a sweep over Penn State Beaver Sunday afternoon at Golden Park.

During the course of the twin bill sweep, Harbert went a perfect 6-6 with four home runs and eight runs batted in. 

Potomac State dominated the two games, winning 15-0 and 24-0.

Harbert did the majority of his damage in game two hitting a home run in each of his at bats.

He was not alone as PSC overmatched Beaver in both games. 

In the opener, Nik Rubendall had four hits, including a home run and four runs batted in.  Maddox Brooks and Bryce Suters each drove in a pair.

Tanner Haskiell pitched a 5-inning complete game, scattering four hits and striking out eight to pick up his first win.

In game two, the Catamounts had six hitters with three or more hits.  Rubendall, Brooks, Suters and Harbert were joined by Brad Zielinski and Aidan Milton as PSC banged out a season high 24 hits.

Home runs were hit by Harbert, (3), Suters, (2) and Milton (1).

Cam Reed worked the opening three innings of hitless baseball to pick up the win.
